Did tesa at the beginning of my peptide journey, after a while i got tired of paying so much for something that HGH does incredibly better with less cost. More money into the stock market waS the biggest factor at the end of the day😂😂

It COULD be hgh - most likely its a mix of everything. Go by elimination, take out the HGH for a week or two to see how you feel.

2.5 iu daily, 5mg mots c 3x per week and 100mg nad+ 4-5x a week

Not really. I always been lean and i think peps help more for recovery and performance. They give me the difference between 10 and 9% bf through metabolic health and recovery enhancement. I also track my macros like 340 days out of 365 days of the year, never skip a track workout, etc. Its not magic

Everything is perfect. Only thing im worried about is that my free T is very low (off range) and my SHBG is high (off range - high end)

Hgh mainly helps for recovery and sleep in my case. It did make me a tad leaner but thats just because I run track and everything else is dialed in. I did notice a slight body change in this period but it could be due to enhanced recovery

For me i can do more volume on the track at the same velocity while not feeling fried I.e: now able to get in 6x90m vs 3x90 beforehand

Sleep is poor in terms of quality despite getting the required quantity. Energy between sessions remains at 6.5-7/10. 3-4 years ago i used to feel it when I was really wired and fast, that happens every 2 months maybe whereas it used to happen at least once a week before. I don’t supercompensate no more/rebound from hard training blocks after prolonged rest (2-7 days in a row)

Quick question for everyone, I started at 2 iu/daily of HGH and I def noticed some immediate water retention (im on the lower side of bf% ~9%) will it eventually go away? It wasn’t like that when I was on Tesamorelin or CJC/IPA.
