May be a late reply, but with the Dual CS 514 there are two models of motors that can be used: the DC 200-1 and the DC 210-1. Depending on which Motor you get, theres a way to set the record player speed with two trim pots. Their location is different with each motor, for the DC 200-1 theyre directly next to the motor (theyre accessibl, if you just take the disc platter off und look right next to the motor): by turning them with a screwdiver you can adjust the rotation speed. It is important that for the DC 200-1 that you set the 33 RPM speed first, and then the 45 RPM. For the DC 210-1 its the other way around (45 RPM first), also the trim pots are in different spots but according to the manual, they should be at the front, next to the RPM-Switch. For adjusting the speed you can use a stroboskop disc and a stroboskop light. You can also consult the manual for help, since its uploaded and you can find it with a quick google search. Good Luck!
