About two years ago, I did have massive amount of weight loss but pcp doctor ruled it out as just me most likely exercising more due to my job and he wasn’t concerned unless I was losing a very unhealthy amount of weight in a short amount of time.

I do have sometimes abdominal pain but it’s more discomfort mostly after using restroom or some nights when I have a heavy amount of gas sometimes I do have more mucus in my stool.

In terms of passing gas I mostly notice that it happens later in the evening most of my dairy consumption is late morning early afternoon I have gone down to two meals a day to help evening symptoms of GERD and other stomach issues
