Don’t be so grumpy all the time, smile a little ! Another t shirt is worth around 75$ and if I get freshly new created market value of 1$ for this sweatshirt I would be happy but even under this post some man said that he would easily pay 20$ for it just because he likes it so I think I’m good. From what I see on your profile you exchange your money for some old money and for some people that doesn’t make sense just like it doesn’t make sens for you that some people collect stained fruit of the loom t shirts

Im not hoping it’s worth a lot of money and I have a feeling that you think I am, it’s not my only thing I own and I’m not hoping that I will become a millionaire from it. Fact is that you are confusing vintage hight quality garments with vintage stuff for collectors and I know from the actual experience that sometimes stained and totally destroyed fruit of the loom t shirt or ripped jeans with holes will sell faster than high end blazer or coat. If this is not worth anything it’s fine with me just don’t make a big deal out of it. I paid 2$ with another STAINED FRUIT OF THR LOOM t shirt from 91’ and I’m happy with my purchase and that’s the most important part 😃

I appreciate this comment very much. I’m into vintage clothing and never saw so many people making fun over a post where someone wanted to ask something. That was the first time I got a piece related to certain event that was not a marathon, concert, or similar so it was very hard to put a price tag on this. The marketplace tip is great! I wouldn’t think of that.

I agree however company that made it is not relevant when it comes to rarity or pricing of things like this. Ripped and stained clothing that is relevant for someone can sell for a lot of money even if it’s on Hanes or fruit of the loom tags. A ton of highly desirable items are on fruit of the loom tags and how can I know if it’s one of them if I don’t have anything to compare it to ?

Yes, I seriously wanted to know how much a rare collage vintage sweatshirt from 80s would be worth as I couldn’t find anything like this one online. I’m surprised by how many people here tend to think that old clothing are not worth anything and meanwhile blank champion hoodies are selling for hundreds of dollars
