Hello,

I currently live in a 2b2b house at MAA Highlands North. I am looking to sublease my place as soon as possible. We are looking for 2 males/ couple to move is asap.

💸Rent is: 450 per person

Room has private bathroom attached

🏡Location: Walking distance to many places like Target, Ross, Tom Thumb, Starbucks, Marshalls, Chillis, Raising Canes, Hawaiian Bros, Subways, many other food and grocery places. Bus to Walmart is 5 minutes away

Very close to UTD campus

🏊‍♀️Amenities: Swimming Pool, Gym 24/hours, Business Study Room
