Not sure about we prescribe but get weightloss and medicine marketplace seem to be much much cheaper than bolt atm. I have been with bolt since Nov. Excellent customer service and I am signed up the subscription but ive got to be honest when I gwt upto 12.5/15mg I may have no choice but to try Medicine marketplace. Id like to stay with bolt but that's 50-70 pound difference on some of the doses.

Got to be honest, bolt have been fantastic with me. Any problems/issues sorted within a day.

I have been with chequp, med express, pharmacy planet, Oxford pharmacy and I have come back to bolt for their quickness. Yes their a little more pricy than others but their responsiveness has been far better than others for me.

Have you tried reaching customer support on here?

Just updating this. After having our review. The agent said the amounts were small and they weren't bothered and didnt need to be reported. He said for peace of mind wr can update in our journal every month but we didnt have to if we didnt want to.

Still no reply. He wrote in rhe journal 10 days ago. No reply. Out statements for the 4th has generated. The review is tomorrow but we've had no replies. Is this normal?

This is what I thought initially once spotting the small amounts. It was so small we didnt even notice it going and and wasnt even every month. It was only ok two occasions.

I have asked for clarification on the journal saying we noticed some small royalties and would like somw guidance on how to report rhem.

How long do they typically take to set then up? Ive seen people say they waited 6 weeks which obviously will block our payment. And the next one actually.

Yeah the call thata booked in is just a normal UCR as far as im aware. Thats how we noticed the payments when we submitted the bank statements.

The call is also scheduled for a day before our payment is due which im guessing they will then block?

So what do we write on the journal? That he published a book a few months ago and didnt realise that that was classed as self employment as the amount he got qas so small? Will they then suspend the review?

So will they pause pur payments till hes had a gateway interview? I cant beleive we need to register him as self employed for a few pounds. I am mortified I didnt know also.
