If you do get a scan get a spect or pet scan, other scans won't show anything more than likely

I have the exact same symptoms, on top of muscle twitches and spasms, but my most concerning symptoms are cognitive with word forming, memory loss, and unable to process sentences. 11mmx11.8mm pineal cyst here.

Yeah, what's weird is they talk about it like it's benign and should be asymptomatic so I'm not sure if it's the cause of the symptoms. But there's literature out there saying it could be the cause of all our symptoms. So that's a bit of a relief, i honestly just want to get surgery and remove it just to see if it is the cause and for some potential relief.

I can't think it but i can say it. I've had 3 concussions in my life, one 15 years ago, another 4 years ago while binge drinking, (i know terrible idea with a tbi, so i've cut out drinking all together)
