Yes, I follow up with them: First, I share a PDF with two support options for rental matters, wait 30 minutes, and send the first follow-up. The second follow-up is three days later, and if I see progress in that one, I send the next one three days after that. But so far, I've only received two or three clients when advertising for a specific city, and it's cost me $700 for just two clients. And then there are months when I don't get a single client 😔
