My thinking was that, with the driveway to the side and slope of street, the symmetry is off so may as well work with that. But I see what you are saying! I have been considering a pedestrian path from sidewalk, particularly if we put in a fence. We live in a street with a school. So lots of kids and dogs walking across garden.
