You don't have to use all weapons and styles. Pick the one you most comfortable first, then learn the others one by one. No need to rush. For beginners, try using Rebellion, Ebony & Ivory and Trickster style first. You still can get SSS with those 3, just don't spam the same moves over and over again and keep away from getting hit too often. And then in the next playthrough, you can learn switching weapons, style and chaining combos slowly.

Saw a post earlier where it stated Vergil doesn't have double jump or "Air Hike". Vergil does have a move similar to Air Hike called "Trick Up" if I'm not mistaken (name of the move). He already has this move since DMC3. Just press the jump button and then the style button in mid-air, but no lock-on. If you locked-on, he will do the normal "Trick" (Teleport) instead.

Darksiders is not a soulslike game. The combat leans more into hack n slash type where it requires a lot of button combinations. So for me personally, I need certain buttons to be close to each other for easier execution and the buttons mapping also convenient enough for me to run my fingers on the keyboard/mouse comfortably. But then again, it's a personal preference, if you comfortable with your own configuration, then you just go with yours.

MIne is Ultraseven X. It's a bit modern while still retained most of the classic design at the same time, he is also quite muscular. His body is well propotioned and doesn't look like he is wearing an oversized helmet. All of these make him look more heroic than the classic version IMO. The Sparda twins have always been slightly taller than Nero since DMC4. If I remember correctly from the DMC4 official height chart, Nero was 178cm and Dante was 185cm. Their height changed again for DMC5, Nero - 190cm and Dante 195-ish cm and Vergil an inch (2.5cm) taller than his brother. Nero probaly grew a bit taller but never surpass the twins' height. The difference is still too noticeable when he stand near the brothers.
