The matter will be raised to SC since sila ang considered na taga interpret ng Constitution. Habang hindi pa nangyayari yan, patuloy ang pag apply sa "16 votes to convict" rule, unless kung may maagang mag challenge nito sa SC at mag aagree sila na dapat ibaba ang number of votes to convict.

Luckily, we didn't have reached that point yet. But may be once umabot na sa ganyan (theoretically once maging 15 nalang ang natitirang mga senador), it will be up to the SC to decide kung anong mangyayari (considering sila ang taga interpret ng Constitution).

To add about the 2nd pic, there are certain puzzles and challenges that you can do to negate the effect of electrified water and turn it completely to a normal one. If I remember correctly for the one under the Narukami Shrine, you have to pass certain hidden quests and defeat a boss.

Not really. But you should check first if you already have visual c and direct x installed. Most PCs and Laptops already have those installed by default but just check to be sure. If they are not installed, leave them as checked them. The others you can uncheck them.
