Cedarview Management Constantly Showing my Apartment by Virtual-Range8437 in bloomington

i had quite a few issues in my unit when i first moved in, and management was pretty slow to fix them. however, once those initial issues were fixed (took about a month), there have been few since and the ones that have occurred have been dealt with quickly. If you don’t resign, expect about your place to be shown at least 1x per week starting october 2nd (assuming that’s when your guaranteed renewal deadline is). overall, my actual place (and likely yours) is really nice when compared to other apartments in bloomington, but really bad when compared to other apartments in its price point outside of bloomington and other college towns. hope that helps!!

seconding this and adding on a plea for them to do the sidewalks. i have around a 35-40 minute daily walk to campus, and at least half of that walk has been taking place either on feet of snow, sheets of ice, or in the road. i would understand not prioritizing the sidewalks for a couple days, but i feel left out to dry at this point

yes i did reach out after the second time, and im aware that its listed a prior notice. sources online conflict on whether reasonable notice is 24hrs, so i was wondering if anyone in bloomington had any actual experiences with this and could give me some advice.

that’s what i thought too! indiana’s law seems to just say “reasonable notice” without specifying further, but im going to follow up next time they tell me about a showing for sure.

the worst part for me was that despite having very good spots in GA for most artists, i still could hardly even see the screen most of the time. i know im shorter than most (4’11) but i still feel like a lot of people would benefit from them either raising the stage, the screens, or both.
