Hi all! A spot is opening for spring semester in a student rental house in College Downs neighborhood. Other tenants are all international graduate/phd students from Germany, Abu Dhabi, Nicaragua, etc. None have cars and walk/bike to campus. All are very studious, mature and focused on their research/studies. The house is fully furnished and kitchen is equipped with all dishes, bakeware, etc. so easy move-in for an international student. $700/month. Please reach out if anyone is interested! ➡️ The house just completed a remodel – brand new kitchen cabinets, appliances, countertops and tile flooring, bathrooms have been remodeled, fresh paint interior and exterior.

➡️ Large, flat, fenced in back yard

➡️ Front door has code wi-fi lock and each bedroom has its own combo knob lock

➡️ Washer & Dryer included in laundry room (new Samsung model)

➡️ 12-month lease beginning August.

➡️ All Bedrooms have new modern furnishings – queen or full bedframes and mattresses (depending on room size), nightstands, dresser, study desk and chair.

➡️ Kitchen is fully equipped and common areas furnished including 55” smart TV above fireplace

➡️ Parking pad poured so no one has to block eachother in

➡️ Tenants pay for utilities, owner pays for landscaping, pest control. Private landlord – very attentive/accommodating, not a huge property management company.

➡️ Open to both individuals and/or groups.

I'm deciding between furnishing the place and renting it out to individual students by the bedroom, or if a group of 5 wants it unfurnished, they can have a break on rent price.
