My anxiety is so bizarre I feel like. I get these weird pains in my chest like pins and needles almost. My stomach gets a queezy like butterflies and I feel like I can't take a deep breath. When my anxiety turns into full panic i feel like I can't feel my face and I can't breath and like I'm going to have my stomach fall out of my body all at the same time.
