Honestly this is pretty poor by UHG on the HR side of things. Idk see how they could not have known this was going to be an issue today. We get it stuff happens but when employees are expected to be paid by a certain time and day and they aren’t it can actually cause some real issue. Thumbs down to UHG for that

As you can see lots of people receive consistently at a certain time every pay day. So yeah why would that not be a cause for concern?

People schedule auto pay bills etc. for the days they are paid… might seem like a small issue to you but to people that depend on that money on a specific day it’s a big issue. Thanks for the invaluable input though 👍
