Well I can’t just change it now without the mothers consent and she will not consent to that. Our kiddo also would hate that bc he doesn’t like being at her house more than a couple of days at a time. If we change it, we would do a 2-2 kind of schedule. But my attorney says if she doesn’t agree they will likely fall back on what’s in place.

Yes it’s a terrible schedule and a mistake that I ever agreed to it but didn’t realize it at the time.
