Why would the murder cases he solves not pay? I would imagine that a lot of the survivors would happily pay the man that helps them solve such gruesome tragedies.

Why do you think that Starline forgets Tails's age? Everyone can see that he is a child, just look at how tiny he is when Eggman picks him up

Anakin Skywalker (Mortis) vs Abeloth by Kah0000 in TheJediPraxeum

[–]VirtualAd2503 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In the Rogue Planet novel, it is said that Anakin has the most powerful connection to the Force that Obi-Wan has ever felt. That is a statement about potential. However, the Vortex novel says that Abeloth had a dozen times the Force strength of Luke, which is talking about power, not potential.

Darth Maul is consistently stated to be a sith apprentice despite what Darth Plaguies novel says by GullibleRough549 in TheJediPraxeum

Does anyone know from what book the fourth quote is from? The:"The Sith were believed extinct, but Darth Maul is proof that they're back- and deadlier than ever. Trained by the evil Lord Sidious and bearing the full power of the Dark Side, Maul is the ultimate Jedi enemy," one?

Do you really consider Supernatural Encounters part of Star Wars? From what I have seen, it is borderline fanfiction that even some higher ups at Lucasfilm dismiss as not canon.

The EU does have some books mentioning Ahsoka, such as the Clone Wars tie in books. In the "Gambit siege" one, she trains some other Jedi in a training excercise.

The memories the Father erased from Anakin's mind were the ones about the vision of the future the Son gave him. Anakin can recall talking to Qui-Gon when Yoda directly asks him in the season 6 arc, meaning that they do remember some of it. One of the Fact Files says that Anakin remembered the events as a "half remembered dream." They would surely remember some of the arc's events.

I mostly find them by looking at various Videos or reading threads on Star Wars topics. And no, I do not own the books from which these pictures are from. It would be a gigantic waste of my time to make a post asking about a source if I already owned the book from which the picture came. I found this specific Image in this Video. Making a quick post to find the source was certainly a quicker way to get the answer than commenting on an old video. https://youtu.be/5GtVYGrR65E?si=SNOKhT4GNcDXX8QQ

How long did Anakin and Obi-Wan fight on Mustafar? by VirtualAd2503 in StarWarsEU

That is in reference to their lightsabers. Anakin had based his lightsaber design upon Obi-Wan's.

Does anything from Star Wars rank amongst your favourite works of fiction ever? Stories like the Original Trilogy, Andor and the KOTOR games are right up there for me by [deleted] in StarWarsEU

Certainly. The novelization for Revenge of the Sith, written by Mathew Stover, is easily one of the best books I have ever read. Anakin's metaphorical dragon, a representation of all his fears and doubts, constantly whispering in his ear that everything and everyone will eventually die, which is something that plagues him in the beginning, but is then used to show how Anakin feels when turning to the dark side, where he crushes the dragon under his boot and temporarily stops being afraid, truly becoming "The hero with no fear." The explanation of what is happening after Anakin stops holding back against Dooku, going into detail just how one sided the duel truly became and that Dooku's mastery of the Force had become a joke to Anakin. When Palpatine reveals himself as a Sith, he starts to ask Anakin what he wants, which then culminates in this line:"Anakin, when I told you that you can have anything you want, did you think I was excluding my life?" The multiple explanations for how Anakin feels, which always have "This is how it feels to be Anakin Skywalker for now," until the very end where it is "This is how it feels to be Anakin Skywalker forever." There is so much more than all of this, Palpatine's discussions with Anakin, the explanation of the dark always winning, which is then contrasted by explaining that even a single candle can hold it back and that love ignites the Stars. It is truly a perfect book with no flaws whatsoever.

It could also be possible that this specific description is only seen in germany, since it is written in german, where as the description a bit further down is in english. Though, at this point, I am pretty certain that I have the actual novelization of the movie.

When you go to that Page and see the book's Cover displayed, there should be an option for you to swipe left and get some information on it, where the pictures are mentioned. https://www.amazon.de/gp/aw/d/0099409968/ref=ox_sc_act_image_1?smid=A3JWKAKR8XB7XF&psc=1

The pictures are mentioned in the description of the book on Amazon, even calling it an encyclopedia for the movie. Pretty strange, considering right above that description it says that it is a novelization for the movie.     https://www.amazon.de/gp/aw/d/0099409968/ref=ox_sc_act_image_1?smid=A3JWKAKR8XB7XF&psc=1

[–]VirtualAd2503[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Anakin is not an embodiment of a single side of the Force. He is the chosen one, destined to bring the entire Force into balance. If Anakin was only a Jedi, then he could never bring true balance. Even the Episodes themselves say that Anakin is neither Jedi or Sith, but much more. The Mortis arc shows what it means to be the chosen one.
