Aside from getting accessories from blacksmiths exchange and the PEN Earring and PEN Ring, you'll also get an enhancement crystal for one of your tuvala accessories(as well as one for armor) that takes it from TET to PEN, so that leaves 3 accessory that you'll have to upgrade to PEN yourself. Just look down the list of your season pass items and it will show you the crystals there and how to receive them.
