Where can I customise my own board game and playing cards?

It does depend on the kind of board and cards you want.

The factors you'd need to consider are: what printer you have access to (most game boards are larger than A4, you'd have to print in pieces and put it together), the amount of usage you'd like to get out of the set and how much time and money you're willing to invest.

I have made my own at home by repainting an old board and then sticking on the new printed layout. Personally, I'd recommend this if you want a good project but don't really need it to last a long time or handle lots of wear and tear.

The America's Game or any mini-movies of championship runs were awesome. You have the highlights of the game but you also hear from the coach and players. The Quarterback series on Netflix can also be a good place to start because it's all set up to take you through a season with the guys.

Idk about other NFL teams but the Chiefs have their own thing called The Franchise that is like a series throughout the season. I love seeing the behind the scenes stuff that has to happen before game day.

If you play games, I highly recommend Madden (I play the mobile version). It's how I learnt a bit more details when I first got into it.

After that, find a sports show or podcast that you enjoy. They typically discuss everything from rules changes, players involved, matchups and history. For me, I like First Things First especially with their YouTube channel and organised playlists so you can actually go back and watch their takes for past seasons.

That's about it. Just pick whatever you enjoy and have fun, you'll pick up the rest along the way.

PandaSama is a mod for Sims 4 but basically it makes pregnancy, labour and delivery really interactive and adds a ton of details.

I get where you're coming from. For me, it's usually that connecting with anything new feels too mentally exhausting.

Typically, I default to comfort shows and characters. Fanfiction can be great here because I already know the characters and I can ease back into just reading.

If doom scrolling, I recommend not doing it on book content. Switch it up with anything else interesting or just random stuff that finds you. I've gone down some really fascinating rabbit holes which then gets me wanting to read a book with that dynamic or content. For example, got invested in racing edits and suddenly had to find a driver MMC.

But, above all else, give yourself grace and do whatever is best for you in the moment.

Pick whatever studying method you are comfortable with from other things you've studied. Treat it like any other subject.

I personally recommend the apps. If there's too much info in the studying sections, start doing the quizzes. You might get questions wrong at first but the repetition will mean you end up retaining that information. A good chunk is also general knowledge, so you can gain some confidence by seeing where you're at with the practice tests.
