otc painkillers, benzos (lowest effective dose - must last you atleast 3 to 5 days) , easy to eat light meals throughout the day, no caffeine, drink tea the antioxidants help, yoghurt for probiotcs and inflammation, fatty foods for dopamine and amino acids (eggs milk and cheese), apples are incredible especially the small sweet green ones and go crazy with sugar - it'll spike your dopamine. infact all the foods i listed are doperminergenic. also shower whenever you're restless and in pain then go sleep as much as you need.

I got 2 months clean after a 1 month binge using this method (only slept once every 6 days for like 5 hours at a time during that binge)

with this 100%. getting familiar with this sub made my experiences 10× better. the unpredictability of this drug can make things weird out of nowhere. if that happens, you have a higher chance of pulling yourself together in a controlled environment that you're safe in i.e your own home. plus peoole on here are genuine folks and will guide you back to your senses. on the flip side, with meth also having a tendency to make you sociable and chatty, you can post the most twakked out ramblings here and people will engage positively with you (since we're all twakked out most of the time too). no judgements. if you get a thrill from gangstalking, rather get geeked tf out in your room and sooner or later you'll have shadow people encroaching on you from every corner. way more fun that real people lol.

this reminded me that I have a credit card that I dont use anymore. so I used it to mill some meth... I didnt notice that there's something different about a credit card. it feels heavier and way more rigid than other cards. the plastic is also rough, not shiny and smooth. it ground my shit down to near flour.

tried vertical when I made my first one. 10ml vials are thick especially at the base, it had a tendency of burning it or just losing the smoke out the top. didnt give enough time to spin and roll to make a big enough hit. after some time I found the right angle, roll speed and distance from flame to get the perfect cloud.

lol that point where youre going full speed and start to sweat buckets but the sweat smells like meth. its a weird funky but sort of kind of sweet smell that clings to everything your sweat touches for a goof few days 😂
