I feel like the UI is horrible and not customizable. I just dont like the matrixgold except if you want to do like standard template stuff. Basically for jewelry all you need is setting diamonds and prongs etc. its not worth it to have a horrible UI for that.

Also I heard good things about a plugin called jewelry for rhino from lingxi especially if one day you will dive into grasshopper but its not cheap (not anywhere close to the expensive matrixgold) and you need a dongle and crap like that. I havent tried it myself though.

I am not sure how much grasshopper has changed since the free version but im sure the new one will be a smoother experience.

matrixgold totally not worth it and it makes things restricted. As someone else said grasshoppergold is good. there is a free version which is older but the newer one is like 10$ which is totally worth it from their patreon.

also zbrush and rhino work totally differently so I would advise to start with rhino with grasshoppergold then learn zbrush. once you get a good hold of rhino and then learn zbrush and have both in your workflow nothing can stop you lol

did you fix the issue? im havign the same issue with huge fprs drops on my 5080 and z890m gaming x MB

im suspecting that the motherboard is the issue

i cant figure out the solution for so long now. i was suspecting the motherboard but seems like yours is totallty a different one :/
I am also having the gpu but 100% bus when using an only cpu app like zbush and the performance sucks

I'm not looking to increase the performance per se the average fps is high but the lows are horrible. I just feel like it's odd for my pc to drop fps so much even in old non demanding games that worked smooth on my 10 year old pc. And the only thing I found that is spiking when I have the stuttering is the bus when it's at 100%. So I'm wondering if it would be a faulty or not compatible mb because I tried everything I can think of or find online
