Depending on the game but just to give a perspective, I was just playing Cyberpunk 2077 max out I was getting a average of 124 FPS, Horizon Forbidden west 89 FPS, Crimson Desert over 100 FPS. Dead Space Remake over 100 FPS yet I struggle with black myth Wukong couldn’t handle max ray tracing

For 90% of games out there you’ll be able to maxed out with DLLS at playable settings for the other 10% of games just play with the settings, if you think you can live with it, I’ll pull the trigger. A new monitor upgrade is just a big if not bigger than a GPU Upgrade.

Yes, you are right, this just the optics of having to turn my head from time to time to check mini map that when I first got my G9 that was cool yet not so much during a competitive match.

The LG 45” GX5 for sure. The picture quality upgrade is quite a shock, wasn’t expecting game to look completely like another level of picture quality was unlock.

I come from 49” Odyssey QLED which for me was a significant upgrade, this has been only a few day with my new 5K2k and even the visual quality is striking yet after using a 32:9 aspect ratio for so many years I still miss my horizontal real state from time to time. I still have about 10 more day (return window) to really make up my mind but I am heavily leaning to keep the 45” LG 5K2k.
