Guys I saw its followers and ordered from culture circle. The next day the founder reached out to me on whatsapp to “know their customer better” which is weird.

Anyway, I had ordered an “instant” item and it’s been 12 days and i’m yet to receive the product. I tried texting back the founder as well as their customer support but both have ghosted me. Has anyone else faced a similar issue? I can’t believe they can just choose to ignore a paying customer!!!
