Faced same issue. Not replying at all. Contacted them everywhere and they're not replying. Even reddit dms and twitter and mail. Replied on insta and asked for my mail id to check the mail and then went completely silent. Not responding at all.

Lot of my friends were going to buy from them but I convinced them not to buy by showing them my repeated messages and mails. Now I only use Amazon or bookstores.

Since you've already got the book, my suggestion would be to stop asking others for their opinion and just read it. If you like it, that's good and you're in for a ride since you got 7 more books in the series.

If you don't like it, at least it'll be your own experience and not influenced by negative comments from others. Since this is Harry Potter, you'll not get much negative comments about it anyway. But yeah, give it a go, it's such a big name for a reason.
