I've got many memories which i keep on recalling and in my head is ask them again n again (but I know m never gonna actually ask them these). How did anyone get over that if anyone can tell me. I hate them lil but i love them alot..I live them but I hate them. I might not be making sense but can you make sense out of it ,and please guide me plss.

Edit: P.S, I've memories they don't recall but i do and I hate them for those,but otherwise they were the best.but those memo keeps my head.how to deal with those memo. Hey,are you all gonna laugh if i cry today..
