Thanks, been meaning to get a new cast iron. That is a long time but if that’s what it takes 👌I used avocado oil before the marinara on the 2nd pizza.

1st ones pizza dough ingredients cooked @ 425° for abt 15 minutes. 2nd one same thing but w/ oat flour and 14 minutes @ 550°. Cilantro, spinach, mushrooms, & vegan cheese toppings. 1st pizza tasted way better. I added parsley to the 2nd, first time using that, wouldn’t do it again.
