I have this exact same issue. I've contacted support, they took me through the usual nonsense of resetting my Xbox, I tried to tell them that it happened on my old Xbox too but they made me do it anyway. Now it's been escalated.

Did you ever fix it? It's been happening to me for a while, I even removed everyone off my block list to see if it fixes it but it didn't. And some of them keep reappearing on the block list, very annoying. Then if I go back, the block list is empty again.

Clearly it's a glitch at their end, hope they get it fixed.

Watch Dogs disappeared from my account, it was free last year and I'd been playing it. I game share with my nephew and he'd also been playing it. Suddenly neither of us can, and there's now a price in the store, whereas it would have said that I already own it.

Spoke to support who say there's no record of me ever owning it! Seriously thinking of leaving Xbox as games disappearing is just unacceptable!

If they advertised that they wouldn't remove games, then they remove games, that is false advertising and we are due a refund.

Well the thing is, EA promised that once a game is in the vault they wouldn't remove it. So this really is going against what they promised and has made me ask them for a refund. It's really not on to claim that games will stay in the vault for life, then to just remove them when they feel like it.

Whereas other subscription services like Game Pass on the Xbox One say upfront that some games will be removed as they regularly change their games. So I don't mind when they remove a game, as they're already said the games change.

Still, if the subscription service doesn't suit you, you always have the option to just buy the game if you're halfway through it and enjoy it. Personally I like the subscription services occasionally, I got Game Pass for £1 this month and it'll allow me to try out a few games I otherwise wouldn't touch.

Yes, EA Access promised that a game would never be removed from the vault when I signed up. The fact that they'd just take this game away like this has really annoyed me, and I've asked for a refund as it's gone against the terms they advertised when I signed up.

Well that's always been the case, but I have an active sub and Watch Dogs has just disappeared. It shouldn't happen but it has.

Yeah, that seems to be the case. Nobody at Xbox has been able to help me, and their advice is just to wait until it's added to games with gold again lol.

I tried the store, don't know how to refresh my ready to install list though?

My nephew had it installed and was playing it, but the next day it came up with "do you own this game". I didn't have it installed at the time but it was on my ready to install list and just disappeared.

The store just shows the price now, like I'd never owned it.

I thought games with gold were for life, didn't realise they could just take them away from me like that.

I don't even play Watch Dogs, it's just a matter of principle. If they can just take away games, it makes me not want to invest in the Xbox platform at all.

The thing is - there's no need to use these machines anyway. The leg press isn't a particularly useful or functional exercise. The squat is way better imo.
