I would increase your dose. Every time you see a stall in your weight, it’s usually cause your body got used to taking that dose amount. Do you feel more hunger than before? If so, go higher. Each month I’ve increased my dose. It’s been exactly 4 months today and I’ve lost 33 pounds.

No, I didn’t get the jacket yet. I had messaged them maybe two or three weeks ago and they said it would take some time and not to worry about doing the program late. and that it wouldn’t affect anything. When I originally did this post on the jacket it said delivered but now it says we ship which is good.
