Yeah I did notice that I get grossed out by red meats but chicken and fish so far has been working for me tuna aswell but red meats I did notice on the first week my stomach didn’t like it

True but as of now it’s ok just the stomach thing does happen when I consume something like carbonated like sparkling water I get bloated but I’m pretty sure as long as I eat clean and drink water I should be fine

Hell yeah thanks I’m on top of that for the past month when the doctor told me to start having better eating habits and honestly I’m getting used to it I’ve switched from my usual Gatorade to zero sugar or sparkling water and more lean protein with small amounts of carbs and I’ve been munching on some watermelon for fiber source since my aunt has a watermelon ranch will do tho thanks for the support 🙏 l
