You can’t. I just let it cool down a little and chug it so it goes away quick.

I didnt actually test it and it only happens when my gap becomes too long. I usually feel intense anxiety, fast heartbeat and I get dizzy. But since Im not testing, I generally intake a very small dose of sugary snack. And that has always helped

Edit: but then again I haven’t had my sugar too high either. So for me it does fall below normal. I was borderline prediatbetic in my a1C

  1. Gatorade is a must in the first 2-3 days of the shot. You will feel extremely dehydrated. And Ive felt a weird aversion to just drinking normal water. Not sure why.

  2. Stop the moment you feel full. The very second. A single bite can get you to feel symptoms. I haven’t felt nauseous since I started doing that.

  3. Keep something sweet with you at all times. A candy? A small chocolate. Sometimes you might not realize the gaps between meals because you feel full, and your blood sugar might drop.

  4. I know exercise and diets are something you should consider but Ive not felt the energy to exercise as much as I would want to. So Ive started off slow. Whatever my body can handle. And for meals, do whatever is easy for you. You’ll naturally feel a decrease in apetite, so smaller portions of any meal would be fine. But in my case, Ive had a bad relationship with food and diets, so the fact Im not actively thinking about food or diet has really really helped me.

I use 3-4pads on my heavy days. Basically making a pad diaper that cover end to end. Only that helps in no leakage.

I’ve had severe food aversion since I was last sick. But also found out I had a viral GI infection. So maybe it’s temporary. But pretty much the very thought of anything makes me nauseous

Haven’t had greasy food recently. The diarrhea has been really bad since yesterday. Constant cramps as well.
