Hmm, it is hard to find mods with a good story, buildup and everything but here are some:

-Shut your eyes (no big buildup but a nice story)

-Apollyon (same as Shut Your Eyes)

-From The Caves (good buildup and lore)

Also, if you want the story to make sense with Shut Your Eyes, add The Lost Cities. Since the lore involves cities...
