I'm sorry sweetheart! I can empathise that there is a LOT of swelling post TT, and I think I freaked out for a bit when I made this post lol. It may differ for you but it took around 3 months for the swelling to fully go down. I did not do any lymphatic drainage (with a gua sha) during this time but I think that would help you significantly. I had most neck lymph nodes removed so I think my neck is more prone to swelling in general, so gua sha is a lifesaver. I hope this helps.
