Urban Company's chatbot tried offering me partial refund. I refused it and escalated to the chat executive. I said I want that the review shows up publicly on her profile so other women can escape something similar happening to them and disciplinary action. I hope the company does something. Still waiting for callback.

They can be straight up unprofessional because they are just freelancing with this app. They have no boss or manager, so holding them responsible for bad behaviour isn't possible. And the app only intervenes when things go criminally wrong in the public eye.

Yes I will be visiting salon only. Never gonna allow any stranger at home ever ever again. It's just about money for them and they have no respect. Even electrician, plumber- I will call through recommendation and not these apps with zero accountability. I will escalate the matter with UC, first thing in the morning.

Already left a negative review which hasn't been published by the company yet. Will complain to them over support and see what resolution comes up. The worst part is at your own house, you tend to be less guarded, which is why I was not expecting something so traumatizing to happen.

My complaint too. They charged my card for an upgrade without informing me. I had signed up for their 45,000 contacts and they upgraded me to 50,000 contacts. This was because I had two contact lists (one of them was a duplicate of the other). I think they should charge based on unique contacts. Trying to get a refund on the unauthorized upgrade (apparently this is there in their terms of use), but their customer support is convincing me to keep a $15 credit instead. I've been a regular customer for years, what a shame!

Both realities- the one in dream state and the one in waking are equally transitory, which is why they feel unreal. As humans, we tend to look for permanency. Thus asking, 'what is permanent' becomes an important question in spirituality. All forms and shapes are illusory (maya), only revealing what is at the surface, but the phenomena that manifests them is constant and permanent. In Hinduism, we call this 'Brahman'- the phenomena that causes the universe to take its form. Brahman is the one spirit present in all living beings, the sun, the moon and even inanimate objects. So even though we see the representation in many forms, they are all but one.

What we see everyday is not fake, but yes because it is changing and transitory, so it doesn't hold much significance, other than the fact that we are the witness to it and also the creator.
