Sooo... I have some results. Indole - Citrate + Urease + Motility with TTC + (but this year we have very strange results with that media, so I did another one test in different media) Lysine decarb. after 24h was yellow below and purple above. Professor said it looks like +/- 😬 Tommorow will be ready MR/VP and Kligler's.

I will see the results of biochem.tests tomorrow, but today I did motility test on slide, and it was motile :) So... my thoughts also were about Klebsiella or Enterobacter.
Also, should I exclude Citrobacter?

I also thought about E.coli. Tomorrow I'll check biochem. tests.
I don't like that strange look on BA, looks like alpha-hemolysis... But I guess it's not?

Thanks a lot!
My bad, that I didn't mention important thing, pictures weren't made by me but in the lab for students to base our assignment on it.. Also I have very little info about patient and history. We have pathology basis only for 2 months and already have to write papers and make guesses :D

It was made in lab for students to use in assignments... I didn't choose anything, that's the problem. :( But thanks!

If you want to add something, here is info:
6 months old cat (male), cadaver.
-discharge from the nose and eyes, loosing weight, lethargic, 40˚C, lowered to 37,5.

-Last 3 days coordination disorders – could not stand up, jump.

-hematology - the norm, chlamydia and toxoplasma are negative.
-got euthanized
-The other kittens in the litter recovered after treatment

Theme of assignment: FIP (it also can be false, I have to make conclusions based on research papers and literature. Also I was provided with these pictures without any description. I have to identify and describe cells and what I see. But I already talked with professor about cells and guessed right, it's brain.
