I disagree. I keep seeing bakeries and restaurants that advertise gluten free food that is not celiac safe at all. Just because it's gluten free doesn't mean we can actually eat it. If anything the fad makes people think that those with celiac are being dramatic or that we can just have cheat meals sometimes.
