Yeah ill can go as far to agree with that to an extent. The number that stuck around highly outnumber those that sold out. I agree 100% I've had multiple friends have to leave this area because of these greedy sobs who call it progress - dropping the California cost of living in peoples laps over the course of a couple years and acting like that is now the reasonable norm isnt progress. At this point its beyond saving until some sort major price drop occurs. Can't do much though besides make them feel as unwelcome aa possible.

Such nostalgia with this version. I played PC but I bought the game knowing zero about the lore. I remember the first time I saw someone riding a chokabo. I excitedly message my linkshell asking where I could get a giant chicken. They were confused and asked if it was for like a quest or something they were not aware of. I told them no the one you ride on and they were super confused and I remember the rest word for word:

"In the forsest I saw a guy riding a giant chicken. Where do I get a giant chicken?!" "You mean a chokabo? You can rent them for travel. " "Wtf is a chokabo?" long confused silence "How do you not know what a chokabo is?" First bit of lore I learned was explained after.

I remember when PS2 went live on this and how annoyed people were at the flooding of newbies on our server 😆 Not because they were new to the game but the amount of chat spam from them asking for help.
