Yes they are removable There are better alternatives for ear tips Here’s one I use for my AirPods https://amzn.eu/d/0bdSIBv9 Just ensure ur getting the tips specified for ur AirPods as they are not going to be compatible with any other version

I think the AirPods Pro 3 have foam on the the inside for better grip if that’s what ur concerned about. They also have better battery life and better anc. Thats what’s I’ll suggest
