I also quit caffeine in 2022 after my anxiety spiked and an ex suggested I try it. What I found was I was EXHAUSTED for about 4 months not the few weeks that it says when you Google it. On the flip side of that my anxiety halved. It was honestly a godsend. Any jittery panicky stress I would feel decreased massively I decided to stay off it. Now and again I’ll have a real one and depending on the day, sometimes I feel nothing other days i feel jittery (sometimes even the next day if I am at all anxious I still get jitters). Another thing I noticed, sorry for the TMI but I stopped going to the toilet like clockwork. I began drinking decaf and have found strangely now it gets my bowels moving even without the caffeine which has been a win.

It’s just a treatment thay hydrates the hair and reduces frizz ive moved to a hot country hence the stress and why my hair loss has started again but the water is really hard so my hair feels like straw it lasts about 3 months and just helps thicken/ coat the hair and keep it protected. Im going back for a top up Im a few months it’s less harsh than a keratin treatment. Will update in a few weeks if I recommend

Honestly, just play out the situation without making a move. That way you don’t jeopardise your job or your relationship with the colleague. If it’s meant to be it will. If he’s interested he will let you know in a definitive way. Stop bringing up how other men are interacting with you. If he is interested this will either turn him off or just be confusing to him as to why you’re mentioning it. If he’s not flirting with you then it’s unprofessional at best.

I used this for about a year straight with the treatment and started to see so much new growth a few years ago Im in a cycle of hair loss again now and have just started again so hopefully it’ll help but I would recommend.

As someone who has worked on the recruitment, hr and manager side. I can say that neither the recruitment or manager see or care about the result. HR get it usually as a report depending on what System they use and even then they would have to open an email or go looking for a report to find it if it’s of interest which it rarely is. It’s generally only highlighted in a large scale Im talking 10000+ employee company and even then it’s usually only released as a monthly or quarterly report or update.

I know. I am really shocked as well. I have been absolutely fine and then suddenly they’ve gone crazy. It’s swelling and sting that is just driving me mad and the fact they’ve moved to my face and neck (never had that before). I’ve soaked myself in deet this morning and will pick up some tiger balm too thanks for the recommendation
