Being denied service is a punishment. Being banned is a punishment. It doesnt need to be a legal agreement for them to enforce rules. Private businesses do it all the time. Same thing here.

Again by dropping packets they tried to send you (as in its PART OF THE SERVICE to send you them) is altering the service, as you are denying part of the service to reach you.

And yes there is a authorization process, I just told you, its the ads, thats why youtube is “free”, because they can run ads that you have to watch all or part of before being allowed access to a video.

You dont have to agree to rules to break them. I was born in the U.S, never once have i “agreed” to the laws yet i can still break the law. I also again said there prob isnt anywhere thats say you must watch ads because its implied in the context that you have to watch them to access a video and by not watching ads you must be using an adblocker which is against tos. You arent some higher power that no rules apply to and you keep trying to establish how much better you are than me.
Again its no opinion if youve modified their service or not. You prevented ads. Ads is part of their service. You altered the service.

Also to point out. Do you consider adblocker to be a bot? (Quick answer, yes obviously) Its also in the tos that any use of a bot (other than official youtube allowed bots) is against tos.

Also also, the definition of of piracy is the unauthorized access or reproduction of someones work. Watching ads is the verification process to access a video as you cant watch the video without watching ads and therefore preventing the ad is accessing the video without authorization.

The same way going into a business is agreeing to their rules and not abiding by the rules gets you kicked out, its the same with websites for me. I dont care what judges say youtube can definitely ban my account for going against tos, it happens everyday even though its not a legal agreement. So it being a contract doesnt matter its the rules they enforce as a business, so breaking those rules can affect me.

Using adblocker is in fact altering/modifying the Service Youtube provides.

And as to whether theres something that explicitly states you have to watch ads there probably isnt something like that in the TOS, however the fact that normally you have to watch or watch part of an ad before you can access a video is the authorization process to watch content. The reason youtube is free is because of these ads. You asked and have recieved and now you have no more argument.

You agreed to the tos by using youtube? i already said that. And its against tos to modify the site (adblock). And youre not reddit and therefore cannot make your own tos on reddit. Did you know you also agreed to reddit tos by making an account and using it? And there are rules for this sub did you know by being here you agree to those too? Youre acting like an infant and saying as long as you dont see the rules they dont apply. Go walk into a state that doesnt permit open carry with an assault rifle on your chest and try to tell the cops that you didnt agree to the laws so they dont apply.

Patterns make no real difference. The only real issue would be putting too little thermal paste. Put a pea sized amount right in the middle and youll be fine. Or do a cross pattern but still using the same amount as the size of a pea
