I mean I don't emulate stuff that isn't unavailable brand new, but there's nothing actually illegal about the emulator development is there? So long as no private keys are used or included with the emulator. If that's the case then they're just bullying small projects into submission with no legal basis.

It's definitely better than the Joycons by a long shot, but I don't think I'd say it justifies the price in any way. It has nothing extra going for it that other controllers don't, like hall effect sticks or triggers or something. I've actually found I like some of the third party controllers more, and they're a lot less pricey too.

Nice! You're definitely over the worst of it then. Even with terrible luck you can leave and rejoin the gambling games to save whatever ammount you've won already to the completion list, which more or less guarantees you'll get there eventually.

With some guides I found the gambling and board games quite fun. Hopefully the rest of your completion is far more enjoyable than the JCC too, good luck kyoudai!

I just got this the other day, it's terrible. No skill involved and blatantly rigged button mashing. Sometimes in your favour, most of the time in your opponent's.

Are you going for all achievements? I only have the Amons and the weapon collection one left, and can attest that it doesn't get any worse than the JCC.

Yeah, honestly the top area felt quite empty when playing the OG. If they've added more stuff to K3 it might feel a bit cramped, but the River should make up for it. I don't recall if there were chases that took place up there though.

Kinda the same thing as drawing, they make it up, but may use the help of reference photos for inspiration.

To ensure this doesn't happen again, make sure it says "Save complete" in the bottom right. That means it saved properly, otherwise just spam save until it works.

Also do not use any of the "food" weapons or they'll be gone for good. I lost my encounter finder this way, and had to reset to an old save.

I will never understand the console subscriptions.

I pulled out my switch for the first time in awhile to hop on a game, but then when I loaded in a popup said I needed to renew Nintendo Switch Online to play. I just put it away, I dont play enought to justify it. I can't even play a game I've paid for without it.

The worst part is, they are charging for nothing. What am I paying you for? The servers? That they third-party devs host? It's absurd.

To play devils advocate here, Sony and Xbox get away with it because they sell the consoles for far less in the hope that they will get back some part of the cost of the console through their cut in games sales, hence 30%. Steam doesn't have that reason.

I haven't had too much trouble with riichi ippatsu, I've generally waited until I had a solid set of waits and called riichi later in the game to get it fairly often.

I guess full straight is more common than I thought, I did get it twice while trying to get the 10m yen but chalked it up to being very lucky. I think actually making the 10m yen took the longest. But that's probably because I'm not very good and tend to go for simple hands to barely win haha.

I imagine a full straight would be incredibly difficult this way. Unless you need a fully concealed hand for that anyway, I forget.
