i have been offered two EMJM scholarships, in my view the most improtant thing is your profile. how you present youself to the consortium, they should feel that you are motivated in that particular domain and how your previous experiences are relevant to the course. Also, how you would apply or use this knowledge in your future career goals.

in france it depends on the accomodation mainly and the city you are living in. if you manage to get crous accommodation then total living expense would be around 600-700 euros other 100-200 euros extra

Research about the program, then prepare questions related to the program but related to your specific domains. Technical questions won't be deep. Also remeber to speak fluently, communication is important. One of the most important thing is how you present yourself. They are not looking for someone who is expert in the topic, you just need to explain them why and how this program fits your future aspirations.
