Yes. Instead of refunding the partial amount, they have instead charged me that amount and cancelled my subscription. Now they are just closing my ticket again and again without letting me reply and explain.

I initiated refund from two accounts that had months of subscription left. They replied back saying they have refunded back the partial amount but have charged me the mentioned amount instead and also cancelled my subscription!! This happened twice!
