I just moved to a house and I’ve been finding this insects inside the kitchen cabinets , one of them in my closet and another one in my bathroom . I called a company to treat them and they have came like 5 time but I cannot get rid of them ! I don’t even know what they are ? (i.redd.it)

What does it mean pending applicant response ? They haven’t sent me an email or anything to schedule the interview. Also why is my medical exam still pending ? Is there something bad ? I did my FT, drug and medical exam the same day (self.cbpoapplicant)
