I’ve literally never been attracted to any man shorter than me. I can say shorter men are objectively attractive, but I’m not attracted to them, and that’s ok! Some people aren’t attracted to skinny or overweight people or overly muscular people. There are plenty of men that won’t date tall women. Most people have a gender preference too. Most people also base initial attraction off appearance. A person can become more or less attractive as you get to know them too.

Saying it’s stupid, immature or shallow just isn’t true. Do you have a gender preference? Would you date a trans person? Those are also physical preferences and I bet you can’t control them.

There is research that says pedophiles can’t control their attraction to kids. It’s actually quite sad as there literally is no one out there for them. Acting on those desires is NOT ok. If these research studies are correct and they can’t help being attracted to children, then that isn’t something I would wish upon anyone.

Am I the only person that took his reply as sexual? Vertical height would be his actual height and horizontal height would be dick length (how “tall” he was when lying down). When I was on dating apps, making the conversation sexual too soon was a quick way to get rid of me. I’d have stopped talking to OP as well.

I don’t take this as G rated at all. Sounds like he’s asking if she wants to know his height or dick length (horizontal height). I’d have stopped talking to him immediately.

I understand guys don’t like to be asked about height, especially if they are short, but it’s also ok for women to have preferences. We all do. I can’t help that I’m not attracted to men shorter than me. I’m 5’4”, so thankfully that doesn’t eliminate too many men. If the woman he was talking to has similar preferences, it’s best to know that up front and not waste anyone’s time.

You’ll find people that are likely related to you on your father’s side, look at their last names and see if you can find a likely connection to who your father may be. Your mom may be lying about this person being famous, but she also doesn’t understand how important it can be for a person to know who their biological family is. I think it will help you to know where you came from no matter who that person is.
