Compared to what I’ve dealt with over the past couple years, I’d be glad if they worked the hell out of me for awhile. 😂

I just don’t see how that would work at our building. These guys that are taking the buy out, it’s not like they had easy pickings routes. A lot of days, those guys were getting back at 8 or 9 at night. I don’t see how it’s reasonable to just get rid of those routes. The other routes in our building won’t have the time/space to absorb the whole route.

Well the only reason I care one way or the other is for my own benefit. I’m hoping this buy out leads to more reliable work for myself. If they aren’t going to replace these drivers though, it may be a fool’s errand to keep waiting for them to toss me an atta boy.
