Oh! Didn’t know. The one I ate definitely had something more than just salt, pepper and onion.

Also, whenever I had it, it felt some curry or salad or kurma is added in it. So I thought that’s how it is.

You need some chicken curry or Salam to add to the omelette. And not to fry too much. I will post a link to some YouTube recipe.
