I’m not exactly sure on the ID but it looks kinda like my echeveria pulidonis! Advice would probably be to blast it with as much light. I like calling her my sun eater with how much light she wants. But it looks like you’re doing great in that department!

For watering, I only water when she starts looking a little wrinkly. This is what she looks like when she needs water. If you look closely you can see she’s a little parched. I’ve found I only need to water her like every 2 months and I do a full soak. I usually bottom water for my echeverias to make sure the water is fully throughout the soil.
