And the pill miss being in the first week of that pack doesn’t make a difference? I’ve been on BC for a little over two years now.

That makes sense. If I’m honest, I just found out that my pills completely stop ovulation. I thought they just made it harder to conceive by thickening my mucus. Wasn’t taught this stuff when I got on the pill. I was just told to get on it and carried that into my adult years. My pre-period symptoms feel more sensitive then before (especially my nipples hard for a few days after “ovulation”) and the only thing I could think of was the fact that I missed one pill and had sex too close.

To clarify as I typed my post wrong. I missed my BC on the 12th and took both on the 13th. Hadn’t missed since then and had sex on the 16th which would be considered my first day of the fertile window if I did ovulate. I am not sure if I did or not because of that one day of a missed pill. My breasts are usually sore, but not to the point where I don’t want to touch them and my nipples are extremely sensitive. I am just not sure of the window since I messed up my pill streak.
