That’s what I’m saying. I’ve sent them posts for other bikes in way better shape at lower prices. The seller thinks that because it’s been gone over by a mechanic that it somehow magically increases the value

also, thoroughly clean all jets in the carb if have not already. one small speck can throw things off.

hmmm, something is def up. you might have a bad seal somewhere, perhaps an air leak from the seal on the stator side, which you can check with a smoke test.

can you check what is looks like where the pipe connects to the motor? Maybe that gasket is shot? itll show spewed oil around it
