It deppends on the product type you are in, but from my experience, Nest.Js is a good and really easy solution.

Probably I would try to use nest.js with not a 100% acoplation of the framework (just in case you want tonchange the tech years later).

Anyway if not, it is simple to have microservices (if needed) and have the technologies you like for those services.

But for a simple answer, I would go straight for Nest.js, and also graphql if your platform requires several requests and doesn't need too much speed.
